ติดตั้งพร้อมกันสองเครื่องเพื่อเพิ่มอัตราการผลิตด้วยเงินลงทุนที่คุ้มค่ายิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากแม่พิมพ์ผลิตท่อคอนกรีตขนาดต่าง ๆ สามารถสลับใช้ได้กับทั้งสองเครื่อง

เครื่องจักรติดตั้งง่าย ด้วยทีมงานของทาง กรุ๊ป วิศวภัณฑ์ ใช้เวลาติดตั้งทั้งสองเครื่องเพียง 5 วัน และใช้เวลาทดสอบแม่พิมพ์ท่อกว่า 10 ชุด อีกเพียง 3-5 วัน เนื่องจากแม่พิมพ์ท่อแต่ละขนาดถูกออกแบบมาให้สามารถถอดเปลี่ยนได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

หลังจากทดสอบเสร็จ ท่อผลิตออกมาได้ขนาดตามมาตรฐาน ทั้งผิวท่อและขอบปากลิ้นราง ผลิตออกมาโค้งมนสวยงาม ทางด้านลูกค้าก็ไม่รีรอ จัดการเดินเครื่องอัดท่อต่อเนื่องเพื่อผลิตท่ออัดแรงเตรียมขายต่อทันทีเลยครับ

This time we got two new Automatic Concrete Pipe Machines imported from Europe. By installing two units, the investment is only 50% more, because the machines can share all the mold sets, but the concrete pipe output is basically doubled!

With our experienced technician team, the installation took only 5 days. Testing all the mold sets also took only 3-5 days more, as each pipe mold was designed for easy and fast changed. 

By the time all the testing was done, the surface and joint of all the concrete pipe output were beautiful. The customer sure did not waste time and started the production immediately, and these concrete pipe machines started paying for itself right away!
