This is the Automatic Paving Stone and Terrazzo Tile Machine from Talleres Pradillos, S.L. Spain. Equipped with a PLC control system, it is user-friendly and highly flexible, allowing quick mold changes to adapt to customer needs.

1. Rotary Press (ระบบอัดขึ้นรูปแบบหมุน)

Rotary Press เป็นส่วนสำคัญของการผลิต โดยเฉพาะรุ่น P6-300 ที่มาพร้อมโต๊ะหมุน 6 สถานี และกระบอกอัดแรงดัน 300 ตัน สามารถผลิตได้ประมาณ 5–6 รอบต่อนาที (ขึ้นกับรุ่นแท่นพิมพ์และแม่พิมพ์ที่เลือกใช้)

The Rotary Press is the core production system. The P6-300 model is equipped with a 6-station rotary table and a 300-ton pressing piston, achieving around 5–6 cycles per minute, depending on the mold configuration.

ขั้นตอนการทำงานของระบบอัดขึ้นรูปแบบหมุน | Rotary Press Working Process

1. โหลดส่วนผสมชั้นที่ 1 ของแผ่นพื้นที่ผ่านการชั่งตวงให้ได้ปริมาณที่กำหนด ออกจากตัวจ่ายไปยังแม่พิมพ
2. เกลี่ยส่วนผสมในแม่พิมพ์ให้กระจายตัวสม่ำเสมอตลอดชิ้นงานโดยอุปกรณ์เกลี่ยอัตโนมัติ
3. เข้าสู่กระบวนการสั่น (Vibration) เพื่อให้คอนกรีตชั้นที่ 1 มีความแน่นและสม่ำเสมอ

6. การถอดชิ้นงานออกจากแม่พิมพ์ด้วยขากดอัตโนมัติและนำส่งชิ้นงานเข้าสู่กระบวนการต่อไป

1. Load the first layer mixture of the paving tile, pre-weighed to the specified amount, from the dispenser into the mold.
2. Level the mixture inside the mold to distribute it evenly across the workpiece using the automatic leveling device.
3. Enter the vibration process to ensure the first concrete layer is dense and uniform.
4. Load the second layer mixture into the mold and level it automatically.
5. The workpiece enters the high-pressure pressing process to bond the first and second layers tightly, ensuring product uniformity.
6.  Eject the workpiece from the mold using the automatic ejector and transfer it to the next process.

 Automatic Take-Off: This unit transfers and stacks products onto racks before the next process. Customers can choose the configuration that best fits the product, with two main options as below.

Automatic Horizontal Take-Off: Best suited for Terrazzo tiles, as products require face polishing and cleaning before stacking.

2.2 Automatic Vertical Take-off: เป็นระบบที่เหมาะสมสำหรับ แผ่นปูทางเท้า (Pacing stone)ที่ไม่ต้องขัดหน้าและประหยัดเนื้อที่ในการจัดเก็บ

Automatic Vertical Take-Off: Ideal for paving stones that do not need face polishing, while also saving storage space with vertical stacking.

3. Calibrating Machine and Grinding-Polishing Machine

Calibrating Machine and Grinding-Polishing Machine เป็นระบบเสริมการผลิตสำหรับหินขัด (Terrazzo tile) โดยชิ้นงานจะเริ่มส่งเข้าสู่กระบวนการตรวจวัด (Calibrating) โดยใช้ diamond head เพื่อให้ชิ้นงานที่ออกมามีความหนาที่เท่ากันทั้งหมด ก่อนส่งเข้าสู่ขัดตอนการเจียรและการขัดหิน (Grinding-Polishing Machine) ในลำดับถัดไป
